Here's Why You Should Enroll
"Dear ScienceFair.io community:
If we haven't met before, nice to meet you! My name is Rishab Jain, a 19-year-old student researcher at Harvard.
I started science fair back in the 6th grade. I had no idea what I was doing.
But, I learned and adapted. After competing in tons of fairs, pouring thousands of hours into doing research, and getting mentorship from other students, I figured out the basics.
Doing research and science fair was a challenge at first.
I was already spending my full day at school, spending hours doing homework in the honors program + AP classes, doing sports and other clubs, and trying to maintain my health and social life.
That didn't leave a lot of time to do research...
But I knew I wanted to win science fair.
I watched those clips of students getting on the stage at ISEF, and having their dreams come true. They went on to change the world via passion. 🚀
2 years later—after the 6th grade—I was named "America's Top Young Scientist" (won the $25,000 Grand Prize of the 3M Young Scientist Challenge), a Top 30 in the Broadcom MASTERS (& won the Technology Award + scholarship), and was named one of TIME Magazine's "25 Most Influential Teens."
As a freshman in high school, everything changed. I was suddenly competing against people 4 years older than me who were working in labs at Stanford, Harvard, and MIT.
Yet, I perfected my techniques, and won nearly every contest I competed in.
As a freshman in high school, I competed at my state science fair, against tons of seniors and people much older than me, and won "Best of Fair." It was like magic... except, it wasn't. I had strategies and techniques that I had perfected from my experience at 3M and Broadcom MASTERS.
2 years later, before starting my junior year of high school, I had racked up:
1st Place at the National Junior Science & Humanities Symposium ($12,000 scholarship)
3rd Place at the International Science & Engineering Fair ($1,500 scholarship)
Then, everything changed in 11th grade.
The summer before 11th grade, I was working on a research project that I knew was going to be good.
But only if I could present it right.
I competed at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair - the world's LARGEST science competition for pre-college students (over 30,000,000 entrants around the world try to qualify for one of 2,000 spots)...
And I won not just 1st Grand Award in Biomedical Engineering (one of the most competitive categories) netting me a $5,000 scholarship, and a crazy award that was sure to make me one of the top high schoolers in the nation...
But I won the Regeneron Young Scientist Award ($50,000 scholarship), which made me one of the TOP STUDENTS AT the entire International Science & Engineering Fair (or more broadly, 3/30,000,000... 1*10^-7).
You may be thinking: Rishab - your project was just super good, right?
Well, I took a COMPLETELY different project to the National Junior Science & Humanities Symposium (after winning 1st place back to back at my regional competition)...
And I won 1st Place ($12,000 scholarship) AGAIN. Back-to-back.
I don't think it is luck, nor is it "the project"... it's a combination of everything - a specific formula that I spent thousands of hours to craft.
I applied to college my senior year, and I got into every school I applied to, including Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. I think it's fair to say that science fair has completely changed my life.
And I fundamentally believe that if you take it seriously, and figure out how to compete properly, science fair can change your life too.
So how do you do it? How do you win science competitions? Well, I'll leave it to the sciencefair.io team to summarize my teachings below, and I hope to see you in the course."

I was a Top 30 for Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge aka Broadcom MASTERS last year, and I won one of the top awards there. This would not have been possible without Rishab. He went into … packaging of [projects], and how to do well in challenges at the competition. This year, I am applying to the 3M Young Scientist Challenge and Rishab's advice is unmatched. He goes in depth of how he prepared for the competition, and strategies towards doing well. Since he was the Grand Prize winner of 3M and a Top 30 at Broadcom and an ISEF 1st Place and JSHS 1st place and STS, he is probably the most experienced mentor out there. Hopefully I qualify to 3M so I can use Rishab's final advice. Next year, when I am in high school and go to ISEF, I am sure his advice and tips will be extremely helpful. But, I watched all the course videos for his ISEF and JSHS tips, and they were extremely applicable to other challenges and competitions, as well. Thank you Rishab!!!

We are beyond grateful for enrolling our son in Rishab's program. This program has been transformative for him, and the results are nothing short of extraordinary. Just last month, he won a Special Award at his regionals along with a $5,000 scholarship. On top of that, he also qualified for ISEF, which has been his dream since the childhood. The amount of advice he received in the course was worth much more than the price we paid. We are confident that this will not only help him in science competitions but will also open doors for college admissions and future opportunities. Very priceless course and opportunity. Thanks team. If I could give 6/5, I would. These guides are INCREDIBLE. His videos are absolutely SPECTACULAR. The guide is pure masterful genius, coming from an ISEF winner (The world's most prestigious research competition) and if there is one person who you would want to give you research and competition help, it would be the master of high school research competitions himself. Rishab Jain has spent as enormous amount of time on this, and I know it by just looking at the quality and the depth these guides go into. Personally, these guides have opened my mind to so much out there. I remember, since I was 8 or 9, I wanted to have some impact on the world and initially, I wanted to be an astronaut. That passion sort of left for a bit during 8th grade, when I would be constantly stressed out about school for no reason. However, after watching Rishab's videos and reading his guides, I feel even more motivated to do something that helps influence the world, either research or some initiative that helps move the world to a better future. From the very bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

This year I won 2nd Place at ISEF (in an average competitive category) thanks to your poster template and judging advice. I knew exactly how the judges were going to grill me and where they would try to poke holes. 2 of the questions were actually verbatim what I had prepared, and I answered them using your E.A.T technique. I won $2,000 in cash at ISEF and $1,500 from my regionals. I will be applying to MIT this fall and hope to see you in Cambridge!
