FAQs & Logistics

When will the sessions be?

  • Seven sessions will take place from February 8th to February 14th, 2025.

What if I miss one?

  • Sessions will be recorded and shared to registrants in case you miss one.

What are the sessions about?

  • Scroll down below to see our coaches and which sessions they'll be teaching!

How do I know these sessions will be good?

  • Learn from past science fair veterans who have: won Regeneron ISEF, Regeneron STS, National JSHS, Broadcom MASTERS, 3M Young Scientist Challenge; published papers in journals and conferences; now college students doing research at top institutions such as Harvard and MIT; who were previously a student in YOUR shoes!

Do I have time to register?

  • Our programs typically sell out very quickly. We would suggest registering as soon as possible. We want to keep the cohort small so we can engage with every student individually as well.

Will I get the opportunity to ask questions?

  • Sessions will each be one hour long, with 45 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A.

What else is included?

  • Additional templates and resources will be given to students to complement sessions

What is ScienceFair.io?

  • The world's largest science fair support platform for ambitious STEM students

Can I get a refund?

  • Yes, but only by January 29th (so we have ample time to offer a spot to a student on the waitlist).

I have questions!
