Kansas Financial Scholars Essay Contest Every year, the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner holds an essay contest for graduating high schoolers who plan to pursue education in the state.

The essays revolve around financial literacy and this competition is open to any public, private, or homeschooled Kansas high school Senior.
