Last but not least, are the tasks that can be done at a leisurely pace—your comfy PJs for a laid-back Sunday.

I personally use a new app called Notion Calendar (formerly known as Cron).

It syncs Google Calendar and combines it with the power of Notion + Cron.

It's great.

It may seem awkward at first, but with practice, you'll soon find your rhythm.

I got a consistent 8-9 hours of sleep, and prioritized it over tests, etc. —knowing that it would all work out in the end, so long as I was refreshed and recharged every day.

Fueling your body with wholesome, nutritious food provides the energy you need to navigate through your demanding schedule.

Just as you wouldn't fill a high-performance car with low-grade fuel, you shouldn't nourish your body with junk food.
